5 days intensive in-house Training and induction

  • Training done with an accredited training company

  • Induction/shadowing done at one of the well-established Homes for new candidates

  • Every candidate has an induction booklet to go through and make sure all necessary duties are ticked.

  • Only successful candidates are then allowed to start working after this process.

Quality Control
  • A face to face interview happens at the branch, we'll make comments as to the candidate’s suitability.

  • References and qualifications are checked

  • Each file is finally reviewed by a qualified nurse prior to clearance that will once again check the CRB, health information, right to work in the UK and Mandatory training record prior to clearance. This is regarded as the Final Sign off.

STAFF PROFILE

  • Every worker in Navscon has a staff profile that has details of their Identity, right to work in the UK, years of experience, how long they’ve been working with Rehoboth, CRB date and reference number, reference check if Yes or No, Health checks and all training done (with their expiry date) by the staff.

  • This Profile can be sent to you when any new staff is contracted or whenever its’ requested.

Signed Terms of Engagement

Candidate is interviewed at our branch

Details are taken for References

Full employment history taken

Identity checks done, passport, Birth certificate, etc.

Copy of existing CRB taken

Full mandatory training that includes Basic life Support & Manual Handling is checked that it’s still valid or new training is booked.

Copies of any additional training certificates are taken.

Document Taken: Qualification certificates, Professional memberships, and NMC original statement of Entry and annual statement of entry.
